Tampon Cleaning Tapes (Pad Cleaning)
In pad printing, the silicone pad transfers ink from the cliché to the workpiece. Residual ink and dust particles remain on the pad surface, visible as "ghost images" in the next print cycle. Our cleaning tapes (Type 999 & 555 Blue) remove these residues completely between print cycles.
Type 999. Robust All-Rounder
High tensile strength and tear resistance in automatic machines, even in continuous operation at high cycle rates. Designed for demanding production conditions with frequent machine starts and high mechanical stress. Less downtime, less waste, higher productivity.
Type 555 Blue. Premium Absorption
Maximum ink absorption through optimised surface structure. Ideal for applications with high purity requirements, e.g. medical technology, electronics printing or fine cliché motifs with thin ink layers. Dust-free and residue-free.
Compatibility
Available on 1″ Standard, 1″ Multi-System (for various mounting systems) and 3″ Paper core. Compatible with all standard pad printing machines, no complex retrofitting required.

Further Specialist Tapes
Masking & covering tapes: Protection of defined areas during painting, powder coating and electroplating processes. Residue-free removable, even after temperature exposure up to +200°C. Crepe, PVC, vinyl or PET depending on process requirements.
Surface protection films: Temporary protection for sensitive surfaces (stainless steel, aluminium, glass) during transport and installation. PE protection films with graduated adhesion, residue-free removable.
