Which tape holds on nonwoven and PE film?
For nonwoven, mineral wool, and PE films with low surface energy, our nonwoven tape is the best choice. It conforms to the rough texture and builds high initial adhesion – especially important where standard acrylates fail. For outdoor use in frost, we recommend our film tape, which also adheres reliably in severe cold.
Can Bumper-Tape also be used on painted or coated surfaces?
Yes, our 70 Shore A PU Bumper-Tape is removable without residue on most painted surfaces. For sensitive or special coatings, we recommend a free pre-test with our sample. This way there are no surprises on the construction site.
How quickly do you deliver die-cut parts for a prototype?
For simple geometries from drawing or DXF file, we deliver first samples at short notice. More complex geometries we discuss briefly upfront in a technical call, then there are no surprises with material or tolerances.
