Coating
In-house adhesive coating of carrier materials, acrylic, hotmelt and rubber. We produce adhesive tapes to custom formulation, matched to your surface, temperature and adhesion requirements.
Rotary Die-Cutting
High-speed rotary die-cutting for high volumes with tight tolerances. Ideal for series parts from PE foam, PET film or nonwoven, precise, repeatable geometries in continuous operation.
Flatbed Die-Cutting
Flatbed die-cutting for complex geometries, thick materials and small batches. Suitable for special shapes, prototypes and parts where rotary die-cutting is not economical.
Slitting to Size
Longitudinal and cross-cutting of adhesive tape rolls to custom widths from 3 mm to 1,500 mm. Small rolls, sheets or pads, precisely cut to your process and your machine.
Converting
Combining, laminating and packaging of finished parts to customer specification. We also handle contract converting of your supplied material, including blister card, polybag or display packaging.

What can Logo-Flex manufacture and convert to order?
We manufacture custom industrial adhesive tapes in special widths and lengths, self-adhesive die-cut parts to CAD drawing (kiss-cut/die-cut), PU elastic bumpers in custom geometries and individually converted silicone adhesive dots. From contract manufacturing of special adhesive tapes to series production of die-cut parts, everything from a single source in Remscheid.
Does Logo-Flex also process customer-supplied material (contract manufacturing)?
Yes. As part of our contract manufacturing, we also equip your supplied material (e.g. your own foams, textiles or films) with self-adhesive backing, laminate it and die-cut it to your specifications.
What tolerances are possible for custom die-cut parts?
We manufacture with modern rotary and flatbed die-cutters. Depending on the chosen material (e.g. rigid PET film vs. soft PE foam) and material thickness, very tight manufacturing tolerances according to DIN ISO 2768-1 are possible. Exact tolerance limits are agreed in advance based on your drawing.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom manufacturing at Logo-Flex?
From first samples to large series, series prices on request. Whether prototypes for technical approval, pre-series or high-volume production with several million pieces, we scale flexibly with your demand.
