Adhesive Solutions for the Furniture & Upholstery Industry
Furniture is ordered online today and must survive transport. Doors should close quietly, mirrors and decorative films must hold permanently, without visible fastening points. In furniture production, the invisible connection counts: adhesive technology you don't see, but feel.
Adhesive technology for the furniture industry
In furniture manufacturing, adhesive technology determines haptics, optics, and longevity. Door bumpers must not be visible, mirrors must adhere to smooth surfaces, upholstered furniture needs even force distribution. We develop and manufacture for exactly these requirements – since 2008 for furniture manufacturers from craft workshops to large-scale industry.
Clean bonds without screws and drills
Visible connections become a design detail – or disappear completely. Four key points that make the difference in furniture manufacturing.
Invisibly connected
No screws, no staples, no visible hold. The adhesive bond remains hidden and looks more premium – for mid-range and high-end segments.
Flexible material pairings
Wood, MDF, plastic, metal, glass – every material needs the right adhesive. We advise on optimal adhesion to the substrate.
Reproducibility in series
No variations in the process. Tapes and bumpers are consistent in processing and durability – ideal for high-volume production.
Lower process costs
Faster assembly, no rework, less waste. Payback often already after the first series.
Applications in furniture manufacturing
From door damping to upholstery bonding – here, furniture manufacturers deploy our adhesive technology.

Frequently Asked Questions. Furniture & Upholstery
Which bumper hardness is suitable for cabinet doors?
The right Shore hardness depends on the weight and material of the door – from soft for light MDF fronts to firm for heavy fronts. We deliver sample bumpers in various hardness grades for testing. The right hardness ensures quiet impact and long dimensional stability.
Can die-cut parts be ordered with laminated adhesive tape?
Yes, that's our standard. We die-cut the material (PE foam, felt, cork) and laminate the matching tape directly on. The installer just peels the liner paper and mounts – fast, reproducible, no errors.
Are your bumpers also suitable for garden furniture and outdoor applications?
Yes. LogoBump PU is UV-stable, weather-resistant and doesn't yellow. Suitable for a wide temperature range outdoors. Ideal for garden furniture, outdoor lounges and similar applications. For extreme conditions, we recommend a technical call about the right formulation.
