2. General Information on Data Processing
We only process personal data of our users insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. The processing of personal data of our users takes place regularly only with the consent of the user. An exception applies in cases where prior consent cannot be obtained for practical reasons and the processing of data is permitted by law.
3. Legal Bases for Processing
Where we obtain consent from the data subject for processing personal data, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR serves as the legal basis.
For the processing of personal data necessary for the performance of a contract, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR serves as the legal basis.
Where processing of personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR serves as the legal basis.
Where processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of our company or a third party, and the interests, fundamental rights, and freedoms of the data subject do not override the former interest, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR serves as the legal basis.
4. Data Deletion and Storage Duration
The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply. Storage may also take place if this has been provided for by European or national legislators in EU regulations, laws, or other provisions. Data will also be deleted when a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned standards expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data for the conclusion or performance of a contract.
5. SSL/TLS Encryption
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock icon in your browser bar. When SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

The legal basis for temporary storage of data is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in ensuring the functionality of the website and the security of our information technology systems. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose of collection, usually after no more than seven days.
7. Contact via Contact Form and Email
When contacting us (e.g., via contact form or email), the user's information is processed for the purpose of handling the contact inquiry and its processing pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual or contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing the inquiry).
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose of its collection. For personal data from the contact form input mask and by email, this is the case when the respective conversation has ended and no legal retention obligations apply.
8. Cookies
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored in or by the internet browser on the user's computer system.
Technically necessary cookies are set on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, as we have a legitimate interest in the functionality of our website.
Cookies that are not technically necessary (e.g., for analytics or marketing purposes) are only set with your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time via our cookie consent tool.
Most browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can configure your browser so that no cookies are stored or a notification always appears before a new cookie is created. Complete deactivation of cookies may, however, result in you not being able to use all functions of our website.
9. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google").
Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies that enable analysis of your use of the website. The information generated is usually transferred to a Google server and stored there. Due to the activated IP anonymization on this website, your IP address is truncated by Google within member states of the European Union.
Google Analytics is only used with your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you can give via our cookie consent tool. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future.

10. Integration of Third-Party Services and Content
Third-party content may be integrated within our online offering, such as videos from YouTube, map material from Google Maps, or graphics from other websites. This requires that the providers of this content ("third-party providers") perceive the IP address of the users, since without the IP address the content could not be sent to the browser.
Integration takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest) or Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent), where such has been obtained. We endeavor to use only such content whose respective providers use the IP address solely for the delivery of the content.
